1. Creative Project Engagement
All corporate headshots, physical environmental photography campaigns, logo creations, and website design products provided by Holloway Studio are subject to formal digital cost structures signed and agreed upon before work commences.
2. Payments and Retainers
Projects require an initial 40% studio retainer fee to guarantee dates in Ireland. Remaining photography or branding project fees are invoiced upon final review of digital and physical formats, before delivery of master source graphics.
3. Content Licensing
Our studio grants unrestricted commercial usage licenses for all visual photographs and corporate brand designs once balance transactions are processed. RAW visual photography properties remain standard intellectual assets of Holloway Studio.
4. Dispute Resolutions
These terms and delivery solutions are structured and governed by the laws of Swords, County Dublin, and Ireland. All local regional dispute proceedings must resolve via polite direct consultation.
